Activities in Park City, Utah

June 27, 2019 | News

Summer is a great time to visit Park City, Utah. If you’re planning a trip, you’ll find many options for adventure. Exploring the mountains on horseback or bike, fly-fishing in a nearby river or reservoir, and tackling a challenging golf course are just a few ideas. We also recommend spending some time rejuvenating your body, mind, and spirit—it is vacation after all—and Salt Method is a great place to catch an amazing workout or enjoy some “me” time.

Pilates

Whether you’re interested in trying pilates for the first time or you are a seasoned expert, you’ll find the perfect workout here. With a variety of classes from beginner to advanced and even a restorative offering incorporating the Pilates Reformer as well as other apparatuses, you’re sure to get a workout that fits your preferred level of intensity.

Yoga

Feeling more like yoga? You’ll definitely want to try a class in our salt cavern to experience the benefits of yoga amplified with halotherapy and infrared. Again, you can choose your level of intensity from a restorative class focused on meditation and deep relaxation to a power offering in our large Himalayan salt room on a bed of fine salt—think beach yoga. We even have a class especially for kids 7-12, if you want to get the whole family involved.

Spa

Less exercising; more pampering? We feel you. Consider a specialty facial. All of our lavish services are performed in a quiet salt cave featuring beautifully crafted salt walls, a fireplace, and infrared towers. Choose a calming cocktail of seaweed and green tea, an advanced enzymatic peel, or a non-surgical anti-aging treatment with our “liquid lift” procedure, which utilizes our most advanced anti-aging products such as Bio-peptide complex serum, pro collagen + serum amplifier and more. You can choose to add on extra treatments specially designed for your eyes and lips, and all of our 80-minute facials include a luxurious (and complimentary) rosemary and mint renewal treat for your hands and feet.

Maybe you hit the ground running and tweaked your back? Maybe you just want to chill out for an hour or so. Either way, treat yourself and/or your sore muscles to a halotherapeutic massage performed by a highly skilled massage therapist in one of our private salt rooms.
