Pilates Class Descriptions

Level 1: Beginning

 Our beginning Pilates Class is taught with an emphasis to review the basics but with a level of intensity that you are sure to get a great workout! 

Level 2: Intermediate

This class uses the reformer and sometimes may incorporate other apparatuses. the instructor will provide step-by-step guidance and challenge you at your individual level of ability. You will leave feeling refreshed, invigorated, stronger, taller & more self confident! Beginning students MUST take the Pilates level 1, level 2, candor Private Session, and have the strength to stay safe first before joining a class.

Level 3: Advanced

This class is a highly intense Pilates class that requires a strong sense of Mind-Body awareness, balance, and strength. This class will incorporate a combination of the reformer, wundachair, jump board, spring wall and various props into an intensely choreographed Pilates workout. The combination of equipment will be chosen by the instructor. Come feel the burn and watch your body transform!   Beginning students MUST take the Pilates level 1, level 2, candor Private Session, and have the strength to stay safe first before joining a class.

Level 2/3: Intermediate/Advanced

Restorative Reformer

Designed for older adults, those returning from injury (with doctors clearance), or those who desire a lighter approach to Pilates. Develop your practice in a supportive environment using the reformer, spring wall, wundachair, & mat. Incorporating Pilates Exercises into your life will promote increased flexibility & balance.
